Refund
At Pixelpeak Tech Solutions Private Limited ,Product cancellations and returns are eligible for refunds under the Return Policy , provided that the cancellation or return is started in line with the Return or Cancellation Policy.
Should you need to cancel, you will receive a refund for the whole order amount, which includes the processing fee.
We are unable to reimburse the Processing Fee, which comprises Platform, Shipping, and Packaging Fees, for orders that are returned after being delivered to the consumer.
If an item is returned after it has been dispatched and accepted for delivery, or if the purchase is undelivered, the product cost only will be refunded, not the processing fee.
Processing costs are not refundable for accounts whose return behavior contravenes our fair usage policy, regardless of the order value.
If You receive a refund while the quality checks are ongoing, You agree to hold the funds in trust on behalf of Electrivibez until the quality checks are completed, unless Electrivibez makes a claim sooner. You will return any funds that are incorrectly paid to you or refunded to Electrivibez within three days of receiving them.
Mode of refund:
As soon as the refund amount is transferred to Your source account, there is no way to change the manner of payment return. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
The amount you paid for the goods will be refunded to you, and we'll credit the amount on the credit or debit card you used to pay for them. We will process any refunds you are owed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item.

A product will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you if it is returned without the necessary components. These are necessary details to be shipped with the product, and Electrivibez reserves the right to refuse any such returns in the absence of a complete product not turned over to the logistics partner. If the logistics partner confirms the same at your door, he may refuse to pick up the product.
To prevent product damage during shipping, return items must be securely and sufficiently packed.
To ascertain the validity of the complaint or return, the vendors selling on Electrivibez are entitled to verify and inspect the returned merchandise.
Should you decide to return the product after selecting the partner store option for order delivery, you should do so to the same store where you picked up the order or to another location that the partner may occasionally permit. Along with all of the original price tags, labels, packaging, barcodes, user manuals, warranty cards, accessories, freebies, and boxes received, you must return the goods in its original, unused condition. The goods may not be accepted by the store after a quality check.
If appropriate, the return must adhere to the seller's or the product manufacturer's return guidelines.
Not returnable items:
Within the time frame specified in the returns policy,Electrivibez should be contacted upon delivery of any defective or damaged goods, or if the product differs materially from the original order, or if a shipment is delivered without one or more products or accessories.
As per the returns policy and procedure, Electrivibez or Seller shall not be required to accept the returned product or be liable in this regard if You are unable to notify them of the receipt of a damaged or defective product, if the product is not as per the specifications of Your order, or if the package delivered is missing one or more products or accessories. Should such a product be sent to the seller, the client will receive their money back. If the product is refused, neither Electrivibez nor the supplier will be held liable, and no reimbursement will be given.
